Booking Policy
All first-time guests are required to fill out Virtual Client Intake Forms 24 hours prior to service. Client Intake forms will be emailed to your booking email and must be reviewed and signed before the scheduled appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations without a 48-hour notice will result in a 50% of the reserved service amount. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or text (253)378-6942. All cancellation messages through other methods such as Facebook, Instagram, or Email will not be honored and will result in a cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
When appointments are no shown, we are unable to fill that space and consequently lose time and money. No-show appointments will result in a charge of 75% of the reserved service amount. After two no-shows you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment at Lexa Aesthetics.
Late policy
If you are running late to your appointment please call or text (253)378-6942. We will do our best to fit in your entire appointment however, if it causes us to run late for our next client we will have to shorten your appointment and you will still be charged the total amount of the service.
Child/Pet Policy
With all services, we do not allow any child under 13 in the treatment room for safety and sanitary purposes. This policy also includes any pets.
Refund Policy
All services and products are nonrefundable.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover payments.
We do NOT accept check payments.
Gift Card Policy
Gift card sales are nonrefundable and final sale.
